Do my clients need an account?

No. Your clients never create an account or a password. They interact with everything you send — estimates, contracts, invoices — through a secure, expiring magic link that opens their portal.

This matters for two reasons: it removes friction (nobody abandons because they don't want to sign up), and it means there's no extra login for you to manage on their behalf. You send a link; they act on it; you see when they did.
