Adding your team (no per-seat pricing)
WyllFlow is built to grow from one person to a small team, and the pricing is designed so bringing people in doesn't punish you for it.
No per-seat pricing. You don't pay per user. Your plan is one flat price that includes a set number of seats — the Pro plan includes up to 10 seats — so adding a teammate doesn't change your bill until you reach the plan's seat limit. If you need more than that, Enterprise offers custom seat caps at a negotiated flat price.
Once your team is in, you can:
- Invite members to your workspace and give them a role — owner, admin, or member — so people have the right level of access.
- Assign work — leads, deals, and tasks can be owned by specific members, so everyone knows what's theirs.
- Keep one shared source of truth — every client, document, and payment lives in the same workspace, not scattered across individual accounts.
Team features (assignment, pipelines, and more) are part of the Pro plan.
