Contracts and e-signatures

You can send a contract for signature straight from WyllFlow — no separate signing tool. Choose a template or write your own terms, send it to the client, and both parties sign online.

Every signed contract is stored on the client record with a full audit trail: who signed, when, from what device and IP, and a hash of the signed document. That gives you a clear, defensible history if a client ever disputes what was agreed.

Because contracts live alongside estimates and invoices on the same client, you can require a signature before work starts and still keep everything in one thread.
