The Money Loop, explained
The Money Loop is the single thread that runs through WyllFlow. Each step feeds the next, so information is entered once and carries forward:
- Lead. A potential client comes in — manually or through a shareable capture link — and lands in your pipeline.
- Estimate. You send a priced, branded estimate. Line items, tax, and currency are set here.
- Contract. When they're ready, you send a contract for signature and keep the signed copy on the client record.
- Invoice. An accepted estimate converts to an invoice in one click — the same line items and totals carry straight over, so the numbers always match what was agreed.
- Payment. The client pays online into your account, or you record a bank transfer or cash payment manually.
Because it's one connected flow, you never copy a total from a quote into an invoice by hand, and you always know where each client stands.
