How getting paid works

WyllFlow doesn't sit between you and your money. You connect your own Paystack or Flutterwave account, and when a client pays an invoice online, the funds land directly in your account — WyllFlow never holds a balance or takes a cut of your invoice.

You have two ways to get paid:

• Online. Connect a payment provider in settings, and your invoices show a Pay now button. The invoice marks itself paid the moment the payment clears.
• Manual. For bank transfers or cash, open the invoice and record the payment yourself so your records stay accurate.

WyllFlow also handles the money math around payments — deposits, installment schedules, withholding tax, multi-currency, and credit notes — so partial and complex payments still reconcile cleanly.
