Deposits, installments & payment schedules
Not every job is paid in one go, so WyllFlow lets you break an invoice into parts.
- Deposits. Take an upfront payment before you start work — useful for locking in a booking or covering initial costs. The rest stays as an outstanding balance on the same invoice.
- Installment schedules. Split an invoice into a series of payments. Each installment can be a fixed amount or a percentage of the total. Leave one installment blank and WyllFlow fills in the remainder for you, so the schedule always adds up to exactly what's owed — no rounding gaps.
- Withholding tax. Where a client withholds tax, WyllFlow works from the net payable amount, and any installment schedule splits that net figure correctly.
Each payment is tracked against the invoice, so at any moment you can see what's been paid and what's still outstanding.
