Organizing work with Projects

A project in WyllFlow is a single job or engagement you're delivering — a website build, a consulting retainer, a design sprint. It gives that piece of work a home separate from the money documents.

On a project you can:

• Link it to a client and a deal, so the work connects back to who it's for and the opportunity it came from.
• Set a timeline and a budget, giving you something to deliver against and measure.
• Keep the project's tasks together, so everything that needs doing for that job is in one place instead of scattered across a general to-do list.

Projects are available on the Pro plan. If you mostly run one-off quotes and invoices, you may not need them — they earn their keep once you're juggling several active engagements at once.
