Recurring invoices & retainers

If you bill the same client on a regular cycle — a monthly retainer, a subscription, an ongoing service — you don't want to rebuild that invoice every time. A recurring invoice is a template you set up once that WyllFlow uses to generate and send invoices automatically on a schedule.

• Set it up once. Pick the client, the line items, and how often it should send (e.g. monthly). You can also turn an existing invoice into a recurring template.
• It runs on its own. Each cycle, WyllFlow creates and sends the invoice for you, and payment reminders chase it if it goes unpaid — so your recurring revenue doesn't depend on you remembering to bill.

Recurring billing is a paid feature (Solo and up). On the Free plan you can view any existing recurring invoices but create new ones as standard invoices.
